Farmaxial s.r.l.<\/strong> – with the aim of complying with Directive EU\/2019\/1937, concerning <\/span>“the protection of people who report violations of European Union law”<\/i><\/span> (so-called “Whistleblowing” discipline), transposed into Italian law with the Legislative Decree. n. 24 of 10 March 2023 – has activated special channels through which to report violations of national and European Union regulations that harm the public or private interest, respecting the confidentiality of the content of the report and the identity of the people (employees, consultants\/collaborators self-employed and\/or external to companies\/suppliers of goods or services), of which they became aware in a public or private working context.<\/span><\/p>\n

On this page you will find our internal channels to send reports of “Whistleblowing”<\/i>, anonymously or confidentially, of possible regulatory violations, of the Organization, Management and Control Model (M.O.G. 231\/2001 of Farmaxial) and\/or relevant offenses pursuant to Legislative Decree .lgs. 231\/2001.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
